Celebrating women,
shaping impact

Women Lead is Notre Dame’s annual initiative celebrating women affiliated with the university who are making an impact through leadership, innovation, and scholarship. The project has run for several years, highlighting trailblazing women across disciplines.

This contribution focused on the 2022 edition, themed “Caring for Our Common Home”, which showcased women advancing sustainability, environmental stewardship, and socially responsible innovation.

I designed and developed the webpages and visual assets for Women Lead 2022, collaborating with Notre Dame’s writers and featured women to create a engaging and accessible digital experience.

Story-driven digital experiences

I brought each featured story to life through clean yet visually engaging sections and pages, combining photography, typography, and layout to highlight their impact.

Efficient, adaptable design framework

Built on an established structure from previous Women Lead features while refreshing the design each year, ensuring the 2022 feature felt part of the series while having its own visual identity.

Adapting design under constraints

Previous editions relied on in-person, studio photoshoots. For 2022, schedules and geographic distance made this impossible, so I had to pivot the design to work with a mix of new and existing photography while keeping profiles aligned with the series structure.
